Delivery, Refund and Returns Policy

At Serve & Disturb, we want your journey from checkout to court to be as smooth as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle delivery and returns.

Delivery Information

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

Our dispatch times vary by product, as our apparel is custom-printed for each order.

  • Rackets: We aim to dispatch all racket orders within 1-2 business days.
  • Apparel & Custom-Printed Items: Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be printed before it is dispatched.

Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day. If your order contains both a racket and apparel, your items will be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

2. UK Delivery Timescales

Once your item has been dispatched, please allow the following estimated time for delivery:

  • Rackets: Approximately 2-3 business days from dispatch.
  • Apparel & Custom-Printed Items: Approximately 3-5 business days from dispatch.

Total Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Rackets: 3-5 business days from the time you order.
  • Apparel: 5-10 business days from the time you order.

Once each item in your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email so you can follow its progress.

3. International Delivery

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Returns Policy

We get it—sometimes things aren’t the right fit. Our returns process differs depending on the item, so please read the relevant section carefully.

1. For Rackets

Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to return your racket for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify for a full refund, the racket must be returned in an unused, original, and saleable condition, with the plastic wrap still intact on the handle.

How to Return a Racket:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@serveanddisturb.co.uk with your order number. We will provide the return address.
  2. Package and Post: Securely package the racket. You are responsible for the return postage costs, and we recommend using a tracked service.
  3. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the racket, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty Rackets

All our rackets are covered by a 1-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe your racket is faulty, please email us at contact@serveanddisturb.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.

2. For Apparel, Accessories & Custom-Printed Items

As each apparel item is custom-printed especially for you, the process for returns is different.

If you change your mind (e.g., wrong size or colour): You have 14 days to return an apparel item. It must be in an unworn, unwashed, and saleable condition with all original tags attached.

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@serveanddisturb.co.uk with your order number to request a return. We will provide our business return address.
  2. Package and Post: You are responsible for the return postage costs.
  3. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund.

If the item is faulty (e.g., a printing error or damage): If you receive a faulty item, the process is different.

  1. Do NOT post the item back.
  2. Contact Us Immediately: Email us at contact@serveanddisturb.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.
  3. Provide Photos: Include your order number and clear photos showing the fault (e.g., the printing error, the damage).
  4. Resolution: We will review the issue and arrange for a free replacement to be sent directly to you from our printing partner.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
